Puparazzi is a mobile grooming business that provides professional pet grooming services to customers at their location. Our professionals take gentle care of our clients’ pets in the safety of our state-of-the-art mobile grooming vans just outside their front door.

Why Mobile Services Are Perfect
With the elderly population growing, new veterinary medical techniques and a better understanding of our pet’s nutritional needs, there is a growing demand for mobile groomers. Pets considered to be seniors (12 years or older) sometimes can’t handle the stress of going to the groomer. What better way to ease this than by having the groomer come to the customer? Mobile groomers can also alleviate the stresses felt by the elderly who either can’t drive or are no longer comfortable driving.

TRAINING & SUPPORT
Our initial training sessions will outline the business and what it takes to be successful in mobile pet grooming. We have comprehensive training manuals that are designed to assist you in every aspect of the business including, but not limited to, financial administration, employee administration and marketing and advertising.
When you become a Franchise Partner with Puparazzi, you train with a professional that has been successful in mobile pet grooming and has implemented business growth strategies that stand out from our competition.
Once you leave training, you will be supported by the entire Puparazzi Leadership Team. Our success is determined by providing the resources that will ultimately make you a successful entrepreneur. The management team and support staff will provide ongoing mentoring and advanced training.
As a Franchise Partner of Puparazzi, your local presence on the Puparazzi web site is maintained by our internal IT department. All marketing media and corporate documents are available and accessible to our Franchise Partners via our media center located on the Puparazzi website.
The Franchise we offer is for the operation of a fully mobile pet wash and grooming business under the name Puparazzi Mobile Pet Spaw from a specified location and featuring services and products that we authorize or develop from time to time. The total estimated investment necessary to begin operation of a single Puparazzi Mobile Pet Spaw franchise ranges from $75,000 to $150,000. This includes the initial Franchise fee of $50,000 that must be paid to us. (See Items 5 and 7 for additional information). At the time of signing, and with our approval, you may purchase an additional contiguous territory containing a population of 40,000 people for an additional fee of $25,000, and further additional contiguous territory of up to 500,000 persons for an additional fee of .08 per person.

The application process usually takes one business day once we receive your completed confidential application. The time for actual approval varies once your information is processed and will be determined by the matching process conducted.
The cost is $37,500 for a single Puparazzi Mobile Pet Spaw territory. Item 7 of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) based on a one-truck operation per territory. As of August 2016, Puparazzi Mobile Pet Spaw offers a financing package on the Franchise portion of costs. While we have no obligation to provide any financing and at our sole discretion, we may offer to finance up to 50% of the franchise cost, based in-part, on your credit-worthiness, a payment of up to 50% of the franchise cost at the time of executing the Franchise Agreement, and our current-at-the-time financing policies. (California residents, please ask for addendum information.)
The territory size is 40,000 residents in any given area of the selected city. Puparazzi also offers additional territory programs to expand the reach that would be adjacent to the initial territory.
Yes. We offer business training for each new franchise, at our designated corporate headquarters facility in Arizona. Additionally each franchisee will receive an onsite Grand Opening training support.

We refer to our process as “matching” because both parties need to get to know one another over a period of time in order to decide if there’s a “match.” The Puparazzi business model is a fun and exciting opportunity, but it’s not right for everyone nor is everyone right for it. Our 7-step matching process is key for a successful, long term partnership.
After you have filled out the Franchising Opportunity Form, a representative will schedule a “Get Acquainted” telephone call. Based on our conversation – we mutually will determine if we would like to speak again so that we may provide you with additional information, including A) the concept difference for Puparazzi, B) business operations, location, demographics, and C) and start-up costs.
Upon receipt of your completed application, our executive team will review the application and if acceptable, award you the opportunity to continue through our process.
Following the initial phone call, we will schedule a concept compatibility call. This call will begin with a courtesy invitation for your spouse or supportive decision maker. During this 1-hour call, we will focus on the Puparazzi core values and vision. Based on our conversation – we will determine if our core values align. If so, we will ask you to fill out a Request for Consideration application.
During this 1-hour teleconference call, our team will collaborate to deliver a complete overview of all marketing, training and support programs. Depending on the level of business expertise, some candidates will be scheduled to attend a start-up workshop conference call.
This 1-hour teleconference call is an opportunity for you to discuss the start-up process and how to open safely and creatively under budget with four key objectives:
A) How to find the least expensive money
B) How to utilize the money that will yield the very best tax advantages
C) How to minimize your personal collateral to open your business
D) How to protect your working capital In this workshop, our CEO will guide candidates through the initial franchise fee and other startup costs
Four to 15 days prior to attending Discovery Day, we will mail or email the Franchise Disclosure Document.
After completing the Mutual Expectation call or Start-Up Workshop call, our candidate will be invited to attend a regional certified Discovery Day.
Agreement Execution
